These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between odds.ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("User," "you," "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the odds.ph website and its associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, fishing games, bingo, and slot games.

By accessing the odds.ph platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of odds.ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

odds.ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of odds.ph services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one odds.ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC verification: Before withdrawals are processed, you will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID) and proof of address.
• Account currency: All odds.ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Non-transferability: Your odds.ph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

odds.ph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your odds.ph account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• You must notify odds.ph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

odds.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in a timely manner.

All financial transactions on odds.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
• Deposits are for the purpose of funding your odds.ph account for gaming activity only.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• odds.ph does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if additional verification is required.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account settings.
• odds.ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

odds.ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, arbitrage, or collusion will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• odds.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• odds.ph reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on odds.ph:

• All bets are final once confirmed. odds.ph does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where odds.ph determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• Manifest errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, or game outcomes (including software errors), odds.ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on events whose outcomes are already known at the time of placement will be voided.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of odds.ph shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the platform. odds.ph reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any user at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the odds.ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in connection with bets placed on odds.ph.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the odds.ph platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing odds.ph staff or other users.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the odds.ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of odds.ph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the odds.ph platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the odds.ph platform without our prior written consent.
• The odds.ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of odds.ph. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of odds.ph intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, odds.ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from a failure of telecommunications networks, internet connectivity, or third-party payment processors.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The odds.ph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

odds.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help users manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session time limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Termination by odds.ph: odds.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Conduct that odds.ph reasonably considers to be harmful to the platform, other users, or the integrity of games.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

In the event of termination for cause, odds.ph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you.

odds.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the odds.ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, along with the effective date and the date of the most recent update.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute resolution process:

• Step 1 — Internal resolution: In the event of a dispute, you must first contact the odds.ph customer support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity (not less than 14 days) to resolve the matter internally.
• Step 2 — PAGCOR complaint: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has jurisdiction over licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines.
• Step 3 — Legal proceedings: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the above steps, either party may initiate legal proceedings. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
